Wim Hoff Breathing

Hey, me again. Huberman talks about Wim Hof breathing. He says it’s great for immunity, mental health, stress inoculation, physical performance, focus, and a bunch of other stuff. It does this by increasing adrenaline and dopamine.

If it’s been a while, try to do a session now. You’ll feel like you took a drug afterward. And it’s terrific for your health.

The practice is 30 deep breath cycles, a 60-second hold, one big inhale, and then a 15-second hold. Do fast, intense breaths. Go in with your nose and out with your mouth. You can start by opening the session below.
