Why You Should Watch Sunsets
In keeping with yesterday's theme, this is another sleep tool.
Light is a form of energy. Similar to how you eat through your mouth to get energy, you also get energy by seeing light through your eyes. Fascinating, I know.
Viewing sunset between 5-8 pm gives you that 'nutrition' and protects you from the negative effects of light viewing (like screens) in the late night.
Action Steps:
Think of what you will be doing at sunset time today
Plan to go outside before or after a certain task (i.e. i'll see the sunset right before dinner)
Add to Calendar to get reminded
To make it enjoyable: take a short walk, call a friend, or just do some introspection.
