How to Stay Fit When You're Getting Too Busy

"This tool showed statistically significant improvements in cardiorespiratory fitness specifically VO2 max as well as a number of cognitive benefits, work, productivity, etc. that can happen in as little as 20 seconds. You don't have to go to the gym, you don't have to shower, you don't have to do anything like that" ~ Dr. Andy Galpin

Health benefits without working out? Sounds like an infomercial. But it's true, here's the clip.

They did the study on office workers. People had to have a regular work day, and every so often, they had to do 20-seconds of hard training, and head back to work.

That's it. That's all. I You can do this anytime you like. Every few hours, when you find the time (1-2 minutes), just jump into this training and out. (Of course you don't need to do this in every break you get).

It can be any exercise you want: stairs, burpees, run across the hallway, stationary bike. Just try to give it max effort in those 20 seconds.

So, if you're at work or maybe hanging out with friends, but still feel like you're not getting as much exercise as you like. Fade out, do that exercise for 20 seconds, and come back as if nothing happened. It literally takes a total of 1 minute.

I mean, yes, you are technically exercising. But this can be done anytime, anywhere, without worry. In fact, it's ideal when you're really busy, travelling, or just not feeling well.

I actually chose this tool because I sat for 12 hours straight yesterday. Good news for you though!

The Huberman Hub is 80% complete. Compiled all the protocols and episodes into a clear, simple, readable format.

If you have something specific you want to see inside (protocol, topic, products, etc.), kindly let me know so I can include it. But this time I'll do jumping jacks in between :)
