See it this way: if it wasn't for stress, you would've never accomplished the things you've done.

  1. Accept your stress when it comes today. Do not try to suppress it. Say: "Oh I'm feeling a bit agitated"

  2. Notice it's because you care. "this is probably because i want this project to work out"

  3. Utilize the stress response as fuel. "This alertness is good for me, I will use to get more work done"
