Remider to take care of your health

Hey , we’ll keep it short today.
As we’re nearing the end of August, you may be transitioning roles, semesters, locations, life plans, or routines.
Looking at all the habits literature, habits break because you a) forget them or b) circumstances/environments change.
Can’t tell you enough how many people I talk to who are frustrated. They say “Man I wish I didn’t eat all that junk last year”. or “I went to the gym for 3 months then stopped. If I continued, I would be shredded right now”. And so on.
But a simple reminder would’ve been enough to make them keep going and adjust to their new circumstance. So .
If you were on vacation, eating the wrong stuff, drinking too much, and not exercising, now’s the time you can dose down on that a bit. And reintroduce workouts, salads, physio, etc.
Start with small tweaks. You can do it. And if your health is already great, keep up the momentum and don’t fall off the wagon.
