Fast until 11 AM
Fasting makes you feel a little agitated and increases adrenaline. This helps you learn, focus, and perform better. Note that what breaks a fast depends on your insulin sensitivity. Water, tea, and caffeine (without sugar) are fine.
If you don't already do this, it will take a week to adapt. Here are ways to make it easier:
Drink coffee or Yerba maté because they can decrease appetite
Eat a decent-sized meal the night before so you don't wake up hungry
Schedule other tasks in the morning to change your default mode of grabbing something to eat
