Explanation: When a sequence of neurons are active at the same time, it leads to a strengthening of the connection between those neurons (also known as Hebb's postulate). So the more you repeat, the stronger the memory becomes.

So if you're trying to improve a skill such as remembering names, learning math, or lifting technique, do more reps.

Even better, try to do this actively. Push yourself to do as many reps as possible in 30-60 minutes.
