You’re awesome. Again, the concepts here are verbs. Mental health is an active lifestyle. You need to train your brain how to think.
When a thought pops up, pause and check if you should listen to it. Check if you’re giving away your power or not acknowledging the good side.
So far, we talked about mental concepts. Next, I’ll share the Huberman, science-based tips to manage stress. Don’t worry, these won’t be daily. I’ll put them all in one email. (Honestly, if you live with purpose/pursuit acknowledging that imperfect things are fine, you won’t feel stress. But anyway).
