You learned important health tips this week. Let's make sure you do them.

Lesson 1. Eat dark, leafy greens. Cabbage, kale, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, etc.

This gives you magnesium and a ton of micronutrients. So you need fewer visits to the doctor, you're less likely to get injured, you can focus better, you eat less junk, and you keep your weight in check.

Lesson 2. Do daily activities with more intensity. Walk fast or climb the stairs like it's a workout

It helps you get your 200 minutes of Zone 2. So you improve your heart health, stay flexible in your 80s, and get an edge over other athletes.

Lesson 3. Lower your expectations. If you're excited about something like lunch or meeting someone, remind yourself that your imagination might be tricking you.

You feel good when the reward is better than your prediction. So, you actually enjoy the thing, avoid disappointment, and improve your mental health.

These are good for your health. Do them.

  • Eat more greens
