Explanation: Ultradian rhythms are cycles that we go through from the time that we are born until the time we die, even during sleep. Every 90 minutes, we switch between focused and calm states of mind. This happens because of rising and lowering levels of cortisol (glucocorticoid).
How to make this easier
Notice the time when you feel most alert in the morning. It's your natural rhythm
Set a 90-minute timer or stopwatch
Allow yourself a 10-15 minute focus warmup
Eliminate distractions by removing your phone or turning off wifi
