The Best Gratitude Practices

Listing and remembering things we're grateful for is not effective. According to the data, the best way is to receive gratitude through genuine narrative. There are 2 ways you can do this:

  1. Observe others receiving or expressing their gratitude to someone else. Here's a video to help you do that. (3 minutes long)

  2. Exchange gratitude letters with someone so you can be on the receiver's end. Again, both of you need to be genuine. This can feel awkward... but it's worth it.
